• Built a brand architecture, messaging matrix, and visual brand identity that helped ETS take market share from competitors like Pearson, GED, GMAT, and IELTS
• Mentored the internal ETS creative team to win scores of awards for their creative execution of the revitalized brand
• Bolstered the nonprofit Saga Education brand with its first-ever comprehensive brand strategy, brand library, training, and award-winning brand campaign - raising its search ranking from 78 to 9 for “high-impact tutoring”
